Budtenders are education experts, and we are moving to do more than present basic product lessons. We want to go beyond the usual PK session with useful conversations, practical support and merchandising programs that give more back to the people behind the counter.

The cannabis community thrives in positive environments! Every budtender we know has experienced a difficult or negative interaction at work. We may not be able to fix every problem, but we aim to help create safer and more positive experiences for the people who keep this industry moving.
